Vertiv opens Singapore facility to support AI infrastructure
US-based data center infrastructure supplier Vertiv has launched a test center in Singapore to support clients scaling AI and high-density computing workloads.

Vertiv, a US-based provider of power and cooling systems for data centers, opened a new experience center in Singapore on November 3. The facility allows customers and industry partners to test infrastructure configurations specifically designed for artificial intelligence and high-performance computing requirements.
The center features integrated power systems, liquid cooling solutions, and modular data center equipment. It serves as a testing ground for companies navigating the technical demands of increased power density associated with modern AI hardware.
The launch follows a broader wave of investment in Singapore's digital infrastructure. Major industry players, including Bridge Data Centres and Digital Realty, have committed billions of dollars toward local AI-ready infrastructure. Vertiv’s expansion aligns with these market shifts and the country's 2025 rollout of new energy efficiency standards for data centers, which have heightened the demand for energy-efficient cooling and management tools.
