VET Energy manufactures graphite piston rings for air compressors
Chinese VET Energy has expanded its industrial supply component production with a new graphite piston ring. The product is specifically designed for sealing applications in air compressors.
Chinese company Ningbo VET Energy Technology Co., Ltd has commenced series production of flexible, extruded graphite piston rings intended as sealing solutions for air compressors.
The product, which boasts over 99% carbon content and a bulk density of greater than 1.60g/cm³, is engineered to withstand a wide temperature range, from -200 to 3300°C in non-oxidizing environments and up to 500°C under oxidizing conditions.
The manufacturer states the ring material is made from pure flexible graphite and is suitable for use across a pH range of 0-14.
VET Energy offers customized dimensions and produces up to 10,000 pieces of the component monthly, with a lead time of 15 days for orders under 1,000 units.
