Vet Tix Offers Free Tickets to 'JIMMY' Film for Service Members and Veterans
Veteran Tickets Foundation (Vet Tix) is providing free tickets to the upcoming film 'JIMMY' for service members, veterans, and first responders.

Veteran Tickets Foundation (Vet Tix) has launched a program to offer free tickets to the new film 'JIMMY' for currently serving military members, veterans, first responders, and their families. The movie, which chronicles the life of Hollywood legend Jimmy Stewart and his military service during World War II, opens in theaters on November 6, 2026.
The initiative is made possible by major donors and corporations seeking to honor Stewart's legacy and his own service in the armed forces. Stewart flew 20 combat missions over Europe and later rose to the rank of Brigadier General in the U.S. Air Force Reserve.
"There is no doubt in my mind that nothing would have moved my father more, or made him prouder, than to know that veterans, first responders, and active military and their families could experience the film, 'JIMMY,' through the generosity of others," said Kelly Stewart Harcourt, Jimmy's daughter and the film's Executive Producer.
Vet Tix, a non-profit organization, has previously distributed over 41 million free event tickets to millions of its members. Donations for the campaign are being accepted through the end of October, with an anticipated second release of tickets in November.
