Viajes El Corte Inglés adopts Amadeus corporate travel management platform
Spanish travel management company Viajes El Corte Inglés has entered a global agreement to provide Amadeus cytric Travel & Expense to its corporate clients.
Viajes El Corte Inglés has signed a global reseller agreement with Amadeus IT Group to deploy the Amadeus cytric Travel & Expense system. The implementation will begin with the migration of 85 existing corporate customers, with further rollouts planned across the company’s global client base.
The platform integrates travel booking with expense management, designed to streamline administrative processes and ensure compliance with corporate travel policies. By consolidating air, hotel, and rail bookings into a single interface, the system aims to provide better visibility into travel spending while enabling mobile receipt management and automated expense approval.
Miguel Ángel de la Mata, deputy director of Viajes El Corte Inglés, stated that the partnership enhances the company’s ability to provide efficient travel management services. Amadeus noted that the integration of business intelligence dashboards will allow corporate clients to monitor booking trends and optimize travel expenditures in real-time.
