VibroSense Dynamics AB Initiates Legal Talks Over Distributor Contract Breach

VibroSense Dynamics AB (publ) has initiated legal negotiations concerning a breach of contract by its exclusive Chinese distributor, Genertec Universal Medical Group Co., Ltd (UMCare). UMCare is a subsidiary of General Technology (Group) Holding Co., Ltd and is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The agreement stipulated that UMCare would place orders totaling 3.74 million euros over three years, commencing from the date VibroSense received its NMPA (National Medical Product Administration) certificate from the Chinese regulatory authority.

VibroSense is pursuing legal action to address the alleged contractual violations. The company has stated its commitment to actively securing its rights and addressing the consequences of the breach.
