Victoria Tiffin Appointed Opella Chief Sales Officer
Opella is strengthening its global commercial organization with the appointment of Victoria Tiffin as Chief Sales Officer. Tiffin joins Opella's Executive Committee to lead global sales.
France – Opella has appointed Victoria Tiffin as its Chief Sales Officer (CSO), effective May 5, 2026. In this newly established role, Tiffin will lead the company's global sales operations and join Opella’s Executive Committee. Her mandate includes scaling commercial execution, deepening customer partnerships, and driving growth across markets.
Tiffin brings over 25 years of international experience from the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. She most recently served at Procter & Gamble, where she managed the $6.5 billion Global Grooming division. Her responsibilities there included driving business turnarounds, expanding premium portfolios, and accelerating direct-to-consumer capabilities.
Her leadership experience encompasses both commercial discipline and large-scale transformation. Tiffin has a track record of building high-performing sales organizations, strengthening strategic retailer partnerships, and delivering sustainable revenue growth in complex, global environments. At Opella, she is expected to play a key role in enhancing commercial execution and bringing the company’s brands closer to consumers.
