Viking M&A Adds Advisor Cody Mizelle in Florida

Viking Mergers & Acquisitions has expanded its Florida operations by hiring Cody Mizelle as an advisor at its Tampa headquarters. Mizelle's addition aims to meet increasing demand from business owners in one of Florida's active deal markets who are seeking strategic exit planning for retirement.

Mizelle brings over a decade of experience in real estate finance, acquisitions, and investment portfolio management, having evaluated and overseen transactions valued at more than $2 billion. His previous roles include Vice President at Ancient City Capital and Portfolio Manager for Raymond James.

Larry Lawson II, President of Viking's Florida Division, stated that Mizelle provides a robust level of expertise and experience to the team, highlighting his detailed work and depth of knowledge as key assets.

The continued population growth, capital inflows, and new business formation in Florida, particularly in the Tampa Bay and Sarasota areas, have fueled M&A activity. Viking M&A aims to offer institutional-level insight with a hands-on, relationship-driven approach to business owners in the rapidly growing regional economy.
