Frankfurt – VINCI Energies has completed its acquisition of the German IT service provider All for One Group SE. Following a voluntary public tender offer launched in July, VINCI Energies now holds approximately 87.33% of All for One's shares.
This acquisition strengthens VINCI Energies' position in the German digital services market. All for One specializes in enterprise solutions, including SAP services and cloud offerings. The move aligns with VINCI Energies' strategic goal to expand its IT services business.
