VINCI Energies Launches Tender Offer for Business Apps Specialist All for One
VINCI Energies has launched a public tender offer for All for One, a German business application integration and maintenance specialist, to bolster its digital infrastructure services.
NANTERRE, France – VINCI Energies is significantly expanding its digital infrastructure services with a public tender offer for All for One, a German company specializing in business application integration and maintenance. The offer values All for One at €67.50 per share in cash, representing a premium of over 95% to its recent closing price.
The move is intended to strengthen VINCI Energies' Axians brand, which focuses on digital infrastructure. All for One, with approximately 3,000 employees across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Poland, reported revenues of €500 million in fiscal year 2025. The company is particularly known for its expertise in SAP solutions and serves a significant base of German Mittelstand clients.
VINCI Energies stated that the acquisition would enhance its capabilities in areas such as SAP, ERP, AI, cloud services, data analytics, and cybersecurity. The transaction is subject to a minimum acceptance threshold of 75% plus one share and customary closing conditions, including merger control approvals.
Axians generated €3.8 billion in revenue in 2025, with €1.1 billion derived from digital infrastructure services like business applications and cybersecurity. The integration of All for One's revenue and specific expertise is expected to bolster VINCI Energies' offering to clients seeking comprehensive digital transformation solutions across Europe.
