VINCI wins long-term infrastructure contracts in London boroughs

VINCI, via its UK construction subsidiary FM Conway, has secured three multi-year contracts for road infrastructure and maintenance services in London's Westminster and Bromley boroughs. The combined annual value of these agreements is close to €70 million.

The contract with Westminster City Council is valued at approximately £52 million annually and covers a comprehensive program of infrastructure services. This includes the design, construction, inspection, and maintenance of road surfaces, pedestrian crossings, street lighting, drainage systems, bridges, and other structures. The Westminster agreement has an initial term of eight and a half years with an option to extend by a further four years.

In Bromley, FM Conway has been awarded two contracts covering routine maintenance and planned and emergency works on the local road network. These Bromley contracts have a combined annual value of approximately £7 million and will run for an initial six-year period, with an option for an additional four-year extension.

These awards further solidify VINCI Construction's presence in the Greater London infrastructure market. FM Conway, acquired by VINCI Construction in early 2025, brings local delivery capabilities and roadworks expertise to the company's operations in southeast England.
