VIO Med Spa Expands to Arizona with Two New Locations

VIO Med Spa, a physician-guided medical spa franchise, is expanding its presence westward with two new franchise agreements in Arizona's Phoenix metropolitan area. The first location is slated to open on November 11, 2026, at The Switchyard development in Queen Creek. A second location is planned for Scottsdale in 2027.

The expansion into Arizona is driven by two husband-and-wife ownership teams. These teams bring combined expertise in healthcare leadership, consulting, and franchise operations. VIO Med Spa views the Phoenix area as a key market for further development.

Cynthia and Jeff Ballantyne will operate the Queen Creek location. Jeff has over 30 years of experience as a franchise owner, while Cynthia has a background in executive leadership within the insurance and risk management sector. They have established a local team to manage daily operations.

William Grambley and Katherine Barton are leading the Scottsdale development. Grambley has nearly two decades of healthcare leadership experience, including a role as CEO of a healthcare AI company. Barton possesses over 20 years of experience in medical billing and real estate. The pair aims to leverage VIO's established franchise system for their new venture.
