Virgin Voyages to Launch Alaska Cruises with Brilliant Lady in 2026-2027

Virgin Voyages, known for its adults-only cruising experience, has launched its Alaska cruise program featuring the ship Brilliant Lady. The cruise line is deploying its adult-focused model to Alaska for the first time, commencing in Summer 2026 with Seattle and Vancouver as homeports. The program includes multiple itineraries ranging from 7 to 12 nights, offering a distinct approach to traditional Alaska voyages.

The Brilliant Lady is the fourth ship in the Virgin Voyages fleet and is designed with panoramic viewing spaces for Alaska's landscapes. The ship accommodates approximately 2,770 passengers and is exclusively for adults. Features include extensive open-air decks and many cabins with balconies to maximize scenic opportunities.

Five distinct itineraries are available, with some round-trip options from Seattle and others one-way between Seattle and Vancouver. This allows for deeper exploration into Alaska's Inside Passage. Ports of call include destinations such as Ketchikan, Juneau, Sitka, and Skagway, alongside scenic cruising through glaciers and fjords.

Bookings include Virgin Voyages' standard all-inclusive model, which covers dining at all onboard restaurants, select beverages, gratuities, Wi-Fi, and group fitness classes. The company emphasizes curated shore excursions, focusing on small-group activities and culinary experiences.
