Virtu Venture Group has launched a new initiative, Tay Dancy Vintage, designed to integrate academic study with professional e-commerce experience. The program allows students from institutions such as Central Michigan University and the University of Michigan to manage active business functions, including supply chain logistics, marketing, and financial reporting.

The venture utilizes AI tools to accelerate market research and process optimization. Students are trained to use these technologies responsibly, focusing on independent judgment and data verification rather than simple automation. This approach aims to bridge the gap between classroom theory and the complexities of modern retail operations.

In addition to academic and professional development, participants are eligible for profit sharing. Remaining revenue from the venture is reinvested into a scholarship fund for students pursuing degrees in business, technology, and related fields, establishing a cycle of peer mentorship and financial support within the program.
