Vision Marine Appoints Nautical Ventures as Exclusive STERK Yachts Dealer in Florida

Vision Marine Technologies Inc. announced on July 23, 2026, that its subsidiary, Nautical Ventures, has been appointed the exclusive authorized dealer for STERK Yachts throughout Florida. The agreement expands the portfolio of Nautical Ventures, recognized as Boating Industry's 2024 Top Dealer of the Year, adding premium dayboats to its offerings.

Under the arrangement, Nautical Ventures will represent and service STERK models, distributed in the U.S. by MS Marine USA Inc. The partnership may also facilitate future electric STERK yacht opportunities leveraging Vision Marine's propulsion technology. Nautical Ventures will provide sales, demonstrations, sea trials, deliveries, and after-sales support.

"STERK yachts combine European design, performance, and practical functionality, making them well-suited for the Florida market," said Alexandre Mongeon, CEO of Vision Marine Technologies. He added that the addition of STERK enhances Nautical Ventures' premium dayboat selection and provides customers access through an established sales, delivery, and service network.

Milan Sterk, Founder and Managing partner of STERK Yachts, highlighted the agreement's significance for the brand's U.S. market expansion. He also noted Vision Marine's role as a technology partner for advancements in electric propulsion. Vision Marine's E-Motion™ 180E electric propulsion system has already been successfully integrated and demonstrated on the STERK 31E model.

The dealership agreement supports Vision Marine's vertically integrated growth strategy across technology, retail, and service. The parties aim to build on their relationship for the long term through continued commercial and technical cooperation. Broader commercial availability of electric STERK yachts will depend on technical validation, production readiness, and regulatory approvals.
