Visionaries Club investment team reshuffles ahead of new fund
At least two investors are departing their partner roles at German early-stage VC firm Visionaries Club as it prepares for its upcoming fund. A further investor is considering leaving.

Visionaries Club is undergoing changes within its investment team. At least two investors are set to leave their full-time partner positions at the German early-stage venture capital firm Visionaries Club as the company gears up for its next fund. An additional investor is reportedly considering a departure, according to sources familiar with the matter.
Robert Jäckle and Marton Sarkadi Nagy are stepping down from their operational partner roles. Their departures come ahead of the impending launch of the firm's subsequent fund. The firm's founders, Jan Becker-Fochler and Sebastian Becker, have reportedly been out of active roles since 2019.
"This is a natural evolution as our team has grown significantly and the needs for different roles have shifted as the company has evolved," said Jan Becker-Fochler, a founder of Visionaries Club. He indicated that the firm has already brought in new members to its team.
Becker-Fochler stated that Jäckle's and Sarkadi Nagy's departures will allow them to pursue new ventures, the details of which remain undisclosed. He affirmed that Visionaries Club's investment strategy and operations within the Private Equity sector will remain consistent.
The firm has been active, particularly in Germany, Denmark, and Austria. Founded in 2015, Visionaries Club has previously invested in companies such as M7b and other growth-stage businesses within Germany. The firm has also made substantial investments in technology sectors, including artificial intelligence and deep tech.
