VisualLogix has acquired the German engineering software company refyne Group, expanding its European footprint and engineering software portfolio.

The acquisition significantly increases VisualLogix's presence in Europe, particularly in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). The deal adds refyne Group's software solutions to VisualLogix's portfolio, targeting fabricators in the wood and metal industries by offering integrated CAD, CAM, thermal analysis, and ERP solutions.
VisualLogix CEO Brett Zane stated that VisualLogix and refyne share a common philosophy regarding customer commitment and deep industry expertise. The acquisition is expected to create a stronger software company with expanded capabilities and improved opportunities for innovation investment.
