The program focuses on supporting local communities, advancing environmental sustainability, and investing in its employees.
For over three decades, VRC has assisted organizations in securely managing information throughout its lifecycle. The VitalCares initiative extends this commitment through programs focused on three pillars: Community, Planet, and Team.
Community efforts have included support for organizations such as the Madonna Learning Center, the Children of Fallen Patriots Foundation, and the FedEx St. Jude Championship. The company also encourages its employees, customers, and partners to participate in these impact-driven activities.
Environmental stewardship is also a key component. Through secure document destruction, recycling, digital transformation services, and sustainable business practices, VRC aims to help clients reduce waste and conserve natural resources. In 2025 alone, these efforts reportedly saved over 1.3 million trees and 560 million gallons of water.
