Chinese technology company vivo has unveiled partial specifications for its upcoming X500 Pro smartphone, scheduled for release today. The phone is set to feature the Dimensity 9600 Pro processor and significant camera advancements through its collaboration with Zeiss.
The new model boasts what is described as the "world's first" Zeiss ultra-dynamic main camera, utilizing the Blueprint Light Control 900 sensor. This sensor reportedly offers an ultra-high dynamic range of 17 EV and is positioned as Sony's highest-tier mobile sensor with historically low readout noise. Additionally, the device includes a Zeiss APO 85mm super-telephoto lens.
In terms of performance, the X500 Pro will be powered by a full-spec 2nm Dimensity 9600 Pro processor, promising peak performance for its CPU, GPU, and NPU. The phone's design emphasizes slimness, measuring 7.95mm thick, and features a 6.36-inch display utilizing BOE's Q11 substrate.
Further details reveal that the vivo X500 Pro Max variant will include a 6.85-inch 2K display and a 200-megapixel APO super-telephoto lens. More information regarding the complete vivo X500 series is expected during the official launch event.
