vivo has launched its new Y600i smartphone. The device is equipped with the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 processor, a large 8000 mAh battery, and 6 GB of RAM.
Chinese technology company vivo has released its new Y600i smartphone. The device went on sale on September 30, with the 6GB RAM and 256GB storage variant priced at 1999 yuan (approximately $275 USD). A 6GB RAM and 128GB storage option is also available, though its release date has not yet been specified.
The Y600i is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 mobile platform. It features a substantial 8000 mAh battery, supporting 44W fast charging. For photography, the phone includes an 8-megapixel front camera and a 50-megapixel rear camera. An infrared remote control function is also integrated into the device.
The smartphone sports a 6.87-inch LCD display with a resolution of 1592 x 720 pixels and a 120Hz refresh rate. The screen boasts a peak brightness of 1300 nits. Weighing between 229-230 grams depending on the color, the Y600i is certified for IP68/69 dust and water resistance. A side-mounted capacitive fingerprint sensor is included.
Available through Chinese e-commerce platforms, the vivo Y600i targets users prioritizing extended battery life and reliable performance for everyday tasks. The company aims to offer a competitive package at this price point.
