Vizsla Silver Confirms Board and Auditor at Annual Meeting

Vizsla Silver Corp. announced on October 8, 2026, the results of its annual general and special meeting of shareholders. Shareholders approved all resolutions put forth, including the election of a seven-person board of directors and the appointment of Deloitte LLP as the company's auditor for the upcoming year.
The elected directors include Craig Parry, Michael Konnert, Simon Cmrlec, Harry Pokrandt, David Cobbold, Eduardo Luna, and Suki Gill. Additionally, the continuation, amendment, and restatement of the company's Shareholder Rights Plan received shareholder approval.
A total of 188,580,782 shares were voted, representing 53.11% of the company's issued and outstanding shares. The approvals solidify the company's leadership and audit functions for the next fiscal period.
The company continues to advance its Panuco silver-gold project in Sinaloa, Mexico. The November 2025 feasibility study projects an average annual production of 17.4 million silver equivalent ounces over an initial 9.4-year mine life. Vizsla Silver is targeting the second half of 2028 for initial silver production.
