HOUSTON – July 14, 2026 – VLS Environmental Solutions (VLS), a provider of sustainable waste management and environmental solutions, has acquired Environmental & Chemical Consulting (ECC). Based in Los Angeles, ECC offers hazardous and non-hazardous waste solutions.
ECC operates 10-day transfer facilities for hazardous waste in Mentone and Stockton, California. The company serves industries including manufacturing, retail, government, and telecommunications.
The acquisition complements VLS's existing logistics network and strengthens its processing and logistics capabilities for both hazardous and non-hazardous waste. The addition of the Stockton facility significantly expands VLS's footprint into Northern California.
Together, the combined operations provide a comprehensive platform for the West Coast, enabling VLS to deliver integrated transportation, processing, recycling, and disposal services. The company states the expansion aims to improve operational efficiency and customer responsiveness.
