Volare Shipping registers new share capital following greenshoe exercise

Volare Shipping Ltd. has officially registered its new share capital following the partial exercise of a greenshoe option. This registration concludes the financial adjustments initiated after the company’s stabilization period ended on November 3, 2026.

The company’s total issued and paid-up share capital is now USD 747,703,408.89. This capital is represented by 73,738,539 ordinary shares, which carry no par value.
