Volkswagen Anhui's "Liehikuva 08" SUV Arrives at Dealerships

Volkswagen Anhui has confirmed that its "Liehikuva 08" model is now available at dealerships across China. The vehicle's official market launch and initial customer deliveries are set for September 12th. The SUV was previously open for pre-orders at the Chengdu Auto Show, with a pre-sale price of 230,000 yuan (approximately $31,500 USD).

The "Liehikuva 08" is positioned as a mid-to-large-sized, five-seat, all-electric SUV. It measures 5000mm in length, 1954mm in width, and 1688mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3030mm. The vehicle is built upon the "Liehikuva 08 Ultra" platform and comes standard with four equipment packages valued at over 40,000 yuan (approximately $5,500 USD). These include interior and exterior styling packages, Webaasto dual-chamber air suspension with ZF DCC chassis control, an onboard refrigerator, and foldable rear seat tables.

In terms of technology, the "Liehikuva 08" features the latest VLA 2.0 end-to-end large model, dual Turing chips providing a total computing power of 1500 TOPS, and 26 high-precision sensors. The SUV utilizes an 800V high-voltage platform and is equipped with a 95kWh CATL battery, offering a CLTC-rated range of 730km. Charging from 10% to 80% capacity takes approximately 20 minutes.

The "Liehikuva 08" will be offered in two powertrain configurations: a single-motor rear-wheel-drive version and a dual-motor all-wheel-drive version. The single-motor variant produces a maximum power output of 230kW and 465 Nm of torque. The dual-motor all-wheel-drive system delivers a combined system power of 370kW.
