Gothenburg, Sweden – The Nomination Committee for Volvo Cars' 2027 Annual General Meeting has been appointed, following the principles adopted by the company's general meeting. The appointments are based on shareholder information as of August 31, 2026.
The committee comprises five members. Geely Sweden Holdings AB, the company's largest shareholder, has appointed Lone Fønss Schrøder and Per Ansgar. Eric Li, Chairperson of the Board of Volvo Car AB, also sits on the committee.
Other members represent Volvo's significant institutional investors. Patricia Hedelius has been appointed by AMF, the second-largest shareholder, and Emilie Westholm represents Folksam, the third-largest shareholder.
The Nomination Committee's role is to prepare proposals for the election of board members, the chairperson, auditors, and their remuneration for the upcoming annual general meeting.
