Volvo integrates Apple Music into over two million cars
Volvo Cars is now integrating Apple Music into more than two million vehicles via an over-the-air software update. The new Volvo EX60 model will also feature the service natively.
Volvo Cars is rolling out Apple Music integration to over two million vehicles globally through a wireless software update. The technology will be delivered to the car's operating system.
The new Volvo EX60 model will come with Apple Music natively integrated, with initial customer deliveries scheduled for this summer. This expansion makes the music streaming service accessible to a larger number of Volvo drivers.
Drivers of the EX60 and EX90 models will also be able to experience Apple Music's Spatial Audio feature, powered by Dolby Atmos. When equipped with the optional Bowers & Wilkins premium sound system, this offers an immersive audio experience.
