Vortex Companies Promotes Brandon Gerber to Senior Vice President, Estimating
Vortex Companies has promoted Brandon Gerber from Chief Estimator to Senior Vice President, Estimating. He will lead the company's estimating and preconstruction functions.
Houston, Texas – October 2, 2026 – Vortex Companies, a global provider of trenchless water and sewer infrastructure rehabilitation solutions, announced the promotion of Brandon Gerber to Senior Vice President, Estimating. Gerber previously served as the company's Chief Estimator.
In his new role, Gerber will oversee Vortex's estimating and preconstruction departments. He will report to EVP, Services, BJ Kerstiens and collaborate with services division leadership and operations personnel to streamline processes. The aim is to ensure bidding activities align with the company's capacity and core capabilities.
Gerber has 20 years of industry experience and joined Vortex in October 2018 as a Senior Estimator. He was later promoted to Chief Estimator. The company highlighted his background in both project management and estimating as a key asset that brings a real-world perspective to bid documents and proposals.
