Voxira integrates with TELUS Health's Med Access EMR

Secai's AI receptionist solution, Voxira, is now integrated directly into TELUS Health's Med Access electronic medical record (EMR) system. This integration removes the need for separate plug-ins or manual data transfer, aiming to streamline administrative processes for medical clinics.

The new integration allows Voxira to automatically handle tasks such as scheduling, modifying, and canceling appointments directly within Med Access. The system can also create new patient records or update existing contact information, all without manual input. This solution is designed to work seamlessly with existing clinic workflows.

Voxira's deployment includes human-led onboarding to ensure the AI is tailored to each clinic's specific needs and that the Med Access connection is validated before going live. Operating within Canada, Voxira complies with local data privacy regulations including PIPEDA, PHIPA, and PIPA, ensuring patient data security.
