Key features include "statblock skipping," dynamic character stat sheets, and avatar progression and customization. Users can also earn subscription upgrades through their listening activity, adding a gamified layer to engagement.
The company also highlighted an "author-first economics" model, suggesting a focus on creator compensation, and "precision listening" technology intended to enhance the user experience. These features aim to differentiate the app in the growing audiobook market.
The Voxtome app will be available on both iOS and Android platforms upon its September release.
