Vusion to Acquire In-Store Media to Accelerate Retail Media Platform
Vusion, a global provider of AI-powered digitalization solutions for physical commerce, announced an agreement to acquire In-Store Media (ISM), aiming to accelerate the creation of a digital in-store retail media platform.

PARIS, July 27, 2026 – Vusion, a global leader in AI-powered digitalization solutions for physical commerce, has signed an agreement to acquire In-Store Media (ISM). This acquisition is a significant step in Vusion's strategy to transform physical stores into digital media assets and hubs for shopper engagement.
Retail media, particularly online, has emerged as a key revenue driver for retailers. However, the majority of shopper traffic and purchasing decisions still occur in physical stores, presenting a significant, often untapped, opportunity to engage consumers. ISM brings substantial expertise in designing, deploying, and monetizing in-store retail media networks.
Headquartered in Barcelona, ISM operates across nine countries and has established relationships with over 1,600 brands and 90 retail banners. The company reported approximately €120 million in revenue for 2025. Vusion anticipates that the acquisition will bolster its position in connected commerce and retail media.
The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions and is expected to be financed through debt. Vusion aims to leverage this combination to create a leading platform for digital in-store retail media, connecting retailers, brands, and shoppers.
