Real estate company Wallenstam AB (publ) has reduced its share capital by SEK 6 million during August 2026. This reduction was achieved through the cancellation of 24 million Class B shares, with the allocated amount transferred to unrestricted equity.
The move, based on a resolution from the Annual General Meeting on April 28, 2026, has resulted in changes to Wallenstam's total number of shares, its share capital, and the overall number of votes.
The number of Class A shares remains unchanged at 69 million. Following the cancellation, the number of Class B shares is now 567 million, bringing the total number of shares in the company to 636 million.
