Walmart bundles Walmart+ and Sam’s Club memberships for $120

Walmart Inc. has introduced a new membership bundle, allowing customers to subscribe to both Walmart+ and Sam’s Club Plus for a combined annual fee of $120. This pricing represents a significant discount from the previous combined cost of $218 for the two separate subscriptions.

The bundle includes member-only deals, 2% cash rewards on eligible Sam’s Club purchases, free delivery, fuel discounts, and access to streaming platforms Peacock and Paramount+. For existing subscribers paying for both services, the retailer is offering a prorated refund to transition to the new rate.

The $120 price point serves as a direct pricing challenge to Amazon Prime, which currently costs $139 annually. According to Walmart CEO John Furner, the initiative is designed to increase the value proposition of the retailer's membership ecosystem for frequent shoppers.

This move follows a period of growth for Walmart, which reported a 23% year-over-year increase in e-commerce sales during the second quarter of fiscal year 2027. International net sales also rose by 12.8%, while Sam’s Club sales grew by 8.8%.
