WareSpace Expands Industrial Portfolio in Houston and California
WareSpace has acquired 109,000 square feet of industrial space in Houston and Fremont to provide micro-bay warehouse options in supply-constrained urban markets.

WareSpace has acquired two industrial properties totaling 109,000 square feet in Houston, Texas, and Fremont, California. The move marks the company’s latest effort to increase its footprint in markets where small-format industrial space remains scarce.
The Houston acquisition consists of a 51,000-square-foot facility in the Timbergrove neighborhood, situated within the I-610 Loop. The Fremont property, located in the Warm Springs corridor, covers 58,000 square feet and provides access to Silicon Valley and the East Bay industrial markets.
CEO Levi Cohen stated that the company continues to focus on areas where small, flexible warehouse solutions are in high demand. WareSpace plans to reconfigure these existing buildings into units ranging from 200 to 2,000 square feet, offering shorter-term, all-inclusive lease models aimed at small businesses that cannot accommodate traditional large-scale industrial leases.
This expansion follows a recent $300 million capital raise intended to fund national growth. The company operates with a vertically integrated structure, handling acquisition, development, and site operations in-house to maintain consistency across its portfolio.
