Waterford Hotel Group adds three properties to management portfolio
Hospitality management firm Waterford Hotel Group has assumed management of three hotels located in New York, Florida, and New Hampshire.
Waterford Hotel Group has expanded its management portfolio with the addition of three properties: the 107-room Courtyard by Marriott Ithaca Airport/University in New York, the 54-room Le Particulier Miami in Florida, and the 44-room The Wolfeboro Inn in New Hampshire. The move marks a strategic effort to diversify the company's holdings across branded, boutique, and historic segments.
Michael Heaton, President of Waterford Hotel Group, stated that the company intends to apply its operational and commercial resources to optimize the performance of the new properties. The additions represent a mix of modern branded facilities and distinct, locally-focused hospitality environments.
Regarding the inclusion of The Wolfeboro Inn, VTT Management Inc. CEO Vaios Theodorakos noted that the partnership aims to balance the preservation of the historic site’s community-oriented character with necessary future-focused investments.
Waterford Hotel Group, which celebrates four decades in the hospitality sector, continues to manage a wide range of assets across the United States. This latest expansion reflects the company's ongoing effort to grow its operational footprint.
