Waton Financial to Offer AI Investment Platform to Individual Investors
Waton Financial is preparing to launch its AI-powered investment platform, MoTA, for individual investors in Q3 2026, aiming to provide institutional-grade portfolio intelligence to a wider audience.

HONG KONG – Waton Financial (Nasdaq: WTF) is set to bring its AI-driven investment platform, MoTA, to individual investors. The company plans to release a public beta of MoTA in the third quarter of 2026, with the goal of extending institutional-grade portfolio intelligence beyond the wealthiest market segment.
The MoTA platform, an acronym for Manager of Trading Agent, utilizes a multi-agent architecture. It employs a team of four or more specialized AI agents to analyze market data, monitor portfolio risks, and generate actionable insights. Waton Financial states that this approach, similar to systems used by hedge funds, is designed to be accessible to individual investors with a cost structure independent of portfolio size.
"For decades, the industry has treated high-quality financial advice as a premium service. AI changes the economics. An AI agent does not get tired, nor does it have an incentive to recommend the fund that pays the highest commission," said Tony Zhou, Waton's Chairman and CTO.
MoTA's "Agent Orchestration Engine" coordinates specialized agents for tasks such as research, risk management, and goal-aligned allocation. The company has also introduced the "Agent Talents Market," a marketplace allowing third-party developers to build and list their own AI agents, thereby expanding the platform's capabilities.
Waton Financial, which listed on Nasdaq in April 2025, reports sufficient capital reserves to support MoTA's development and rollout without requiring additional funding.
