Webull Corporation Faces Class Action Lawsuit; Lead Plaintiff Deadline Nears

Law firm SueWallSt has notified shareholders of Webull Corporation (NASDAQ: BULL) about a securities class action lawsuit filed on behalf of investors who purchased Webull securities between April 26, 2025, and October 6, 2026. The deadline for investors to file a motion to be appointed lead plaintiff is December 7, 2026.

The lawsuit stems from allegations that Webull claimed to be outside the scope of U.S. laws targeting China-connected companies, dismissing inquiries from Congress and state officials as outdated. On October 7, 2026, Webull's stock price fell approximately 19%, or $1.39, to close at $5.89 on heavy trading volume. This decline followed reports that a U.S. House committee had identified structural ties between Webull and China.

According to the complaint, Webull's 2024 and 2025 annual reports stated the company did not believe it fell within the scope of laws targeting Chinese-connected companies and characterized concerns from state attorneys general and a U.S. House Select Committee as based on outdated information. The lawsuit contends these regulatory concerns were well-founded and that the company's statements were misleading. It specifically notes that Webull initially told the committee it had no offices or employees in mainland China, despite its subsidiary there employing 863 people, constituting 62% of its global workforce as of December 31, 2025.

Joseph E. Levi, Esq. of SueWallSt stated, "Webull told shareholders that congressional and state concerns about its China ties were largely based on outdated information. The complaint alleges that a reported congressional finding showed otherwise. Investors weighing regulatory risk are entitled to accurate statements about a company's standing with its regulators."

Investors who purchased Webull securities during the specified period and suffered losses may be eligible to seek compensation. Further details can be obtained through SueWallSt.
