The company stated that as a result of these negotiations, its workforce will be reduced by a total of 79 person-years. Additionally, substantial changes will be made to 39 job descriptions.
The negotiations also involve potential temporary layoffs for up to 20 salaried employees at Wetteri Auto Oy, with individuals potentially facing up to 90 days of furlough.
While the company has not specified the business areas affected by these changes, the new organizational structure is scheduled to be implemented starting September 1, 2026. These measures are intended to enhance operational efficiency and adapt the organization to the evolving market landscape.
