Whatfix Co-founder Vara Kumar Namburu Appointed CEO

Software company Whatfix has appointed co-founder Vara Kumar Namburu as its new chief executive. The transition follows the recent passing of co-founder Khadim Batti.

Namburu, who co-founded Whatfix in 2013 alongside Batti, previously led the company's research and development efforts. In his new role as CEO, he is expected to guide Whatfix's next phase of growth and build upon its existing customer-centric strategy.

"Over the past 12 years, we built Whatfix on a shared conviction that technology should empower people, not stand in their way. As I step into the role of CEO, our executive leadership team and I remain deeply committed to realizing that vision, supporting our global customers and partners, and building an enduring enterprise anchored in strong fundamentals," Namburu stated.

Whatfix provides an AI-powered digital adoption platform designed to help enterprises train employees, improve software adoption, and maximize value from technology investments. The platform serves over 650 enterprises globally, including more than 80 Fortune 500 companies.
