Whatfix Cofounder Khadim Batti Dies of Cardiac Arrest

Batti established Whatfix in 2013 alongside Vara Kumar Namburu. The company, known for its AI-powered digital adoption platform (DAP), has achieved the status of a "soonicorn" – a startup rapidly approaching unicorn valuation. Batti served as the CEO of the San Francisco-based company.
Avinash Raghava, CEO of SaaSBOOMi, remembered Batti as a friend and mentor who supported the Indian startup ecosystem. "His journey with Whatfix inspired so many founders in this community," Raghava stated in a post on X.
Whatfix provides its digital adoption platform to over 700 enterprises. The platform is designed to help businesses accelerate software adoption, onboard employees, and maximize the return on their technology investments.
