Real estate company Wihlborgs has appointed Charlotte Norell as its new Regional Director for Helsingborg. Norell will assume her new role on October 1.
Norell possesses broad experience within the real estate sector, including valuation, analysis, strategy, and transactions. Previously, she was a co-founder of Croisette, where she served as Head of Valuation and Analysis. She also held the position of Transaction Project Manager at Castellum.
Wihlborgs is one of the Nordic region's largest real estate companies, focusing on office and logistics properties. The company operates in several Swedish growth markets, including Helsingborg.
This appointment is expected to enhance Wihlborgs' regional presence and contribute to the ongoing development of the company's property portfolio in the Helsingborg area.
