Wihlborgs Appoints Nomination Committee for 2027 AGM

Real estate company Wihlborgs has appointed its Nomination Committee ahead of the 2027 Annual General Meeting, following a resolution from a previous shareholder meeting. The committee's primary responsibility is to prepare proposals regarding the composition of the company's board of directors.

Members of the Nomination Committee are appointed by the four largest shareholders who wish to participate in the committee's work. The names of the appointed members are to be made public no later than six months prior to the AGM. The selection is based on the ownership structure as known on August 31, 2026.

The committee members announced are Markus Wallentin, representing Backahill AB, and Elisabet Jamal Bergström from SEB Asset Management. This structure ensures that major shareholders have a voice in the board selection process, a common practice in publicly traded companies.
