Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. has hired Danielle Kinback as a Shareholder.
Woodbridge, N.J. – September 23, 2026 – Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. announced that Danielle Kinback has joined the firm as a Shareholder in its Land Use, Environmental, and Redevelopment practice groups.
Kinback brings experience representing landowners, developers, and businesses in a broad range of land use, affordable housing, redevelopment, environmental, and real estate matters throughout New Jersey.
"Danielle brings a combination of legal and technical experience to our team," said Donna Jennings, Chair of the Wilentz Land Use group. "Her understanding of land use, redevelopment, and environmental matters, coupled with her background as a professional engineer, will be a tremendous asset to our clients as they navigate increasingly complex development and regulatory challenges."
In addition to regularly appearing before planning and zoning boards, Kinback has experience handling land use and real estate litigation, including appeals of planning and zoning board decisions, challenges to municipal ordinances, affordable housing matters, and environmental permitting issues. Her environmental litigation experience includes matters involving CERCLA and New Jersey's Spill Compensation and Control Act. Prior to practicing law, she served as a senior engineer with the Ocean County Department of Engineering and maintains her New Jersey Professional Engineer license.
