Will Semi reports 28 percent drop in net profit for first nine months of 2026

Will Semi, a major player in the semiconductor sector, released its financial results for the first three quarters of 2026. The company generated 221.49 billion yuan in revenue during this period, a modest 1.68 percent increase year-over-year. However, the growth in revenue did not translate into increased profitability.

Net profit attributable to shareholders declined by 28.39 percent to 22.99 billion yuan compared to the same period in 2025. Furthermore, the company’s operating cash flow dropped by 105.17 percent to -1.38 billion yuan, signaling increased pressure on liquidity.

For the third quarter alone, Will Semi reported revenue of 81.24 billion yuan, an increase of 3.8 percent over the prior year. Despite this quarterly growth, net profit for the quarter fell by 8.74 percent. The company maintains an asset-liability ratio of 37.47 percent.
