WIN Expands Executive Leadership Team to Support Growth and Technology
Fertility and family support benefit company WIN has appointed three new leaders to bolster its growth and enhance its use of technology.
WIN, a provider of fertility and family support benefits, has strengthened its executive team with the appointment of three senior leaders to newly created roles. Claudio Stefan joins as Chief Growth Officer, Stacey Zeltner as Chief People Officer, and Dr. Michael Meighu as Vice President of Artificial Intelligence.
The appointments are intended to support the company's next phase of growth, expanding the reach and capabilities of its fertility, family-building, and women's health platform. The new leaders will focus on scaling employer and health plan partnerships, building the organization to support growth, and responsibly applying emerging technology to improve benefit delivery and experience while enhancing health outcomes.
WIN has experienced significant growth in recent years. The number of families supported by the company has nearly doubled to close to one million. The company now serves 900 employer clients covering 9.5 million lives, an increase from previous figures. Its global reach has also doubled, now encompassing 124 countries.
CEO Roger Shedlin stated that the new appointments align with WIN's vision to expand its reach, invest in its people, and thoughtfully leverage technology, while maintaining its core clinical expertise and human guidance.
