Windsor Capital Invests $50 Million in Technology Firm Space Labs
Windsor Capital has finalized a $50 million strategic investment in Slovenian technology firm Space Labs. The investment values the company at approximately $1 billion post-funding.

Hong Kong and Ljubljana, Slovenia – September 25, 2026 – Windsor Capital announced today the completion of a $50 million strategic investment in Space Labs, a Slovenian technology company developing proprietary protocols, blockchain infrastructure, and digital economic systems for real-world applications.
The investment secures a 4.9% minority stake in Space Labs and values the company at approximately $1.02 billion post-financing. This funding aims to support Space Labs' international expansion and accelerate the development of its technological infrastructure and applications.
Central to Space Labs' technology is the Real World Digitalization Protocol (RWD), designed to connect real-world projects and businesses with global capital and communities via blockchain and smart contracts. The protocol focuses on digitalizing participation itself, rather than solely tokenizing assets.
In their initial commercial collaboration, Space Labs and Windsor Capital will establish a vehicle distribution channel leveraging Windsor's international network within the automotive and industrial sectors, with a phased rollout across multiple international markets.
"This partnership is more than just capital. This $50 million investment provides financial strength, while Windsor brings an international network and real-world opportunities for the technological infrastructure we have put in place," said Igor Šinkovec, Founder and CEO of Space Labs. John M. Probandt, Chairman, Founder, and CEO of Windsor Capital, added, "Space Labs has developed technology that addresses a global need. Coupled with Windsor’s international network, we believe this partnership can create something far greater than either party could achieve alone."
