Wingify Appoints Ex-Dayforce CFO Mehernaz Dalal
SaaS company Wingify has appointed former Dayforce APAC CFO Mehernaz Dalal as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately.
Software-as-a-Service provider Wingify has appointed Mehernaz Dalal, formerly CFO for Dayforce APAC, as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately.
Dalal most recently served as an independent CFO and strategic advisor to CEOs and boards across the APAC region. Prior to this, she spent over five years at Dayforce, based in Singapore until 2025.
She brings approximately 26 years of financial leadership experience to the company's executive team. Her previous roles include positions at Patni Computer Systems, Glodyne Technoserve, and Subex.
At Wingify, Dalal will collaborate with CEO Sparsh Gupta and the leadership team to develop the financial and operational strategies for the company's next growth phase. Wingify received a majority investment of $200 million from private equity firm Everstone Capital in 2025.
The company merged with Paris-based AB Tasty earlier this year, forming an experimentation and personalization platform valued at over $500 million. The combined entity reports annual revenues exceeding $100 million and serves over 4,000 global customers.
