Wirtek acquires Danish DitaExchange, names new board chairman

Concurrently with the acquisition, Kent Mousten Sørensen has stepped down as Chairman of Wirtek’s Board of Directors. Martin Dommerby Kristiansen has been elected to succeed him in the role.
