WISA Group Plc has disclosed a transaction involving board member Mats Nordlander, who received shares as part of his board remuneration. The payment follows a resolution passed during the company's Extraordinary General Meeting held on August 31, 2026.

The meeting, which finalized the demerger of WISA Group from UPM-Kymmene Corporation, also established the framework for compensating the board of directors. The current share allocation is a direct result of these established remuneration policies.
