The partnership combines Withiii Leadership's expertise in relational leadership and organizational transformation, based on the work of Jim Ferrell, with OnTrack International's long-standing experience in leadership development, assessments, and organizational performance. Together, they will offer tools for companies facing challenges with growth, integration, or internal silos.
The partnership is founded on a shared belief that while organizations have focused on optimizing physical and cognitive capabilities, the next frontier for leadership advantage lies in human connection. As artificial intelligence increasingly augments analytical thinking and knowledge work, organizations recognize the growing importance of trust, connection, adaptability, and relational intelligence as drivers of sustainable performance.
