Wolken Software Appoints New President and Technical Leadership
Wolken Software has named co-founder Sudhir Prabhu as President and Chief Strategy Officer, while Preetham H R takes on the dual role of CTO and COO.
Cupertino-based Wolken Software has announced a restructuring of its executive leadership team to support the next phase of its growth. Co-founder Sudhir Prabhu has been promoted to President and Chief Strategy Officer, moving from his previous position as CTO. Simultaneously, Preetham H R has been appointed as the company's new Chief Technology Officer and Chief Operating Officer. CEO Rohan Joshi will continue to lead the organization and has added the title of Chairman to his responsibilities.
The leadership changes are designed to align the company’s internal operations with its strategic goals, specifically the advancement of AI-native enterprise service solutions. Prabhu is expected to focus on identifying long-term growth opportunities and steering the company’s AI roadmap, while Preetham H R will oversee the integration of product innovation with day-to-day operations.
These appointments occur as the company seeks to address rising enterprise demand for automated service resolution. Preetham H R, who previously led U.S. operations and product teams, brings experience in building software products for large-scale organizations. His primary goal will be to ensure that the company’s product development remains attuned to complex enterprise environments.
Wolken Software provides service management platforms for global enterprises, including Broadcom and Autodesk, focusing on bridging the gap between data, knowledge, and automated workflows.
