Women In Product Appoints Four New Directors to Board
Women In Product, a nonprofit community advancing women in product management, has appointed four new members to its Board of Directors to support its growth and expand representation.
Palo Alto, Calif. – Women In Product, the nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing women in product management, announced the appointment of four new directors to its Board. Dory Butler, Caroline Gaffney, Rita Khan, and Helen Ma bring extensive experience in product, technology, healthcare, financial services, retail, and AI.
The appointments aim to broaden the organization's regional and industry representation as it enters a new phase of growth. The new directors possess leadership experience in scaling digital products, driving transformations, building teams, and advocating for women in the product field.
"We are excited to bring a fresh perspective. Each of them brings a unique perspective from varied industries and regions where women in product are building careers every day. They make us a stronger, more representative board, and our community will feel the difference," said Board Chair Deb Liu.
Founded in 2016, Women In Product supports women in product management careers, connects professionals in the field, and advocates for diverse workplaces. The organization currently serves over 22,000 constituents through 27 chapters.
